It seems simple, yet many companies are failing to provide their employees with foundational skills, knowledge and effective training to perform in their roles.
This gap in training is having profound effects on employee engagement. We surveyed hundreds of employees throughout North America to determine the impact effective training had on their engagement and performance at work. The results were pretty shocking – and we’ve highlighted the key findings below.
